Put 40 gallon heater back on the water heater stand Reinstall old water heater straps Reinstall old gas line Re install old supply lines Re install old venting pipe Anything extra will be additional.
Install 1” pressure regulator and ball valve One year warranty
Leak Detection, did a pressure test held for the 5 min timer. Upon inspection of the affected area and running water down the drain. Seen water coming from under the tiles.from the direction of kitchen sink. Would need to inspect the drains in order to accurately pinpoint leak.
