Adam came by this afternoon to fix a leaking relief valve on our water heater. Great service, very efficient, and only charged for what we really needed.

Called RTO and they sent someone out the same day. Their tech Adam was on-time, courteous, very helpful, and did a great job for us. Great value for the service provided. I have used RTO in the past and they have always provided great service. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Flush water heater No debri or calcium came out during flush
Customer softener wasn’t discharge water from the brine tank. Removed all salt and build. Made sure float was free and clean with debris. Filled back up the brine tank with fresh salt new water. Regen cycle will go off at 2pm. At 8pm please hold down the regen button on the unit to start another regen cycle after that cycle your system will be back to normal.
Bradford White approved the part replacement for a new gas control valve and pilot assembly. They do not cover the labor though.
