Good to fair service. Gave me a time between 3 and 4 and arrrived at the end of the time. Plumber got caught in lightning and rain and waited it out in his truck. Cleared the drain on the kitchen side of the house thruough clean out. Did not address my washing machine line backup. Sent another guy out Saturday morning. He cleared the line from the roof stack. Said we should have done that first. Sunshine did this for me last year for $166 this year cost me $235 plus a 2nd trip of $150. Cleared my issue but not happy about 2 trips and the large increase in price. I’m guessing this business is commission based.

I love that they answer the phone any time you call, and they’re so friendly. They’re very fast to respond and get to your house. The service is great. Once they got to my home, it appeared more work was needed than what I thought, and they immediately called for reinforcements and two more plumbers showed up so I would not be inconvenienced by any delay. My husband was especially impressed by how they cleaned everything up including my floor after my old dishwasher leaked water when they pulled it out to install my new one.
