Jeff was on time and keep us informed. It turned out our toilet problem wasn't what we thought it was but Jeff figured it out and showed me what was causing the problem. Pricing here for service jobs seems higher than the state we moved from so it's hard to rate it. The price seemed fair and the problem was fixed.
