03/11/2016 Remove leaking water heater. Install new Bradford white water heater 50 gallon. Install expansion tank. 5 year warranty on parts and labor.

02/22/2016 Rod out kitchen sink using Rigid K-50. Rodding machine with 5/8 cable.
03/04/2016 Rodded main line sewer from cleanout to the inside of the house approximately 65 feet. Cleared obstruction and sewer starter to flow.
Run approximately 40' ft of 3/4 black steel gas line from furnace area to north side of kitchen where stove is to be installed. Shut off valve included. Provide rough-in for dishwasher including water, drain, electric.
