I had a technical problem with a previous shower installation. The engineer was brilliant and although it took more than one visit to sort out (insufficient parts had been ordered by the bathroom company), he took the initiative to contact the manufacturers of the shower. The engineer who made the initial visit was also the lead installer in replacing my old boiler, which I believe is not always the case with other firms. I found the installer, Gajraj Sharma, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. He was patient and knowledgeable, and accommodating in settling the precise scope and details of the job, and I did not feel I was getting a 'hard sell'. The quote I received was not the cheapest, but I am satisfied with what I paid. The job met my requirements and was not treated simply as a standard package. I had full confidence that the installer knew what he was talking about, and what he was doing. The installation team were generally clean and tidy. The system was left in full working order. I have not been able to consider the efficacy of the new radiators as the weather has been too hot recently, but it all appears to be working well. The administration in the central office was more confused with my dates (agreed well in advance) being changed later, and then (I am pleased to say) finally being changed back to the original ones.

He was polite and informed me of what he was going to do and how much it would before he started the work. He was professional and tidy and the price I was charged for the works carried out I think was fair. This was second time I have used this company and would recommend them to friends and family.
