Hose bib located in the front of the home has ruptured in the wall. Bib needs to be replace asap. Also recommend we install a new main water shutoff valve and pressure reducing valve while we’re at it. Existing main valve is a full turn ball valve and the pressure reducing valve is starting to corrode. Both of these items are original with the home. Could not relocate the main valve anywhere in the home because of the way the water lines are plumbed. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email.

Excavation for sanitary sewer replacement from outside cleanout to septic tank. - Hand digging to expose existing sanitary sewer. - removal of existing sanitary sewer. - installation of new sanitary sewer - bedding new sewer with gravel to prevent settling and bellies. - installation of new sanitary tee within septic tank. - backfilling to rough grade only - excavated area will settle over time. We are not responsible for over settling of disturbed area. Extra dirt if possible will not be hauled off site but will be mounded over excavated area when settling does occur. --- Septic tank will need to be pump minimum of 1-2 days before arrival. --- Trees will need to be removed prior to start date. Customer was not getting hot water upstairs immediately after recirculate pump install had it set up to auto adapt but that wasn't working for them. Now its set 24/7 and they got hot water 3 seconds after valve was opened
Arrived at location and found air gap to backflow dry and backflow not weeping / discharging water. Water pressure at this time on the inlet side was 80psi and outlet side building pressure was 70. Model of PRV is 500XL Wilkins. With pressure creeping up above set point, manufacturer recommends cleaning and or rebuilding. Kit number for rebuild is RK212-500XL. Went down to the lower building to see if that backflow is having issues. This system does not have a PRV installed, static water pressure is 76psi and no signs of discharging from relief.
Talked to Kelly and looked at the bathroom in towards the rear of the building This men’s restroom toilet was not flushing and the Toto valve assembly was not flashing Let Kelly know the toilet is flushing, but not automated You will need to press the button for the time being until a replacement battery can be ordered Kelly said if we waited for both parts and came back with them at the same time that would be fine

Installation of (6) new water adjustment valves (2 valves in each tankless unit). Installed (4) of (6) water adjustment valves on the far right and middle unit Restored power and water to the units and they are both producing hot water at the time The far right unit tripped into an ER-445, after calling Navian they informed me to simply just restart the unit and see if it repopulates After restarting the unit could not get the er to replicate Once the valves for this left unit are in well will be back to replace Also talked to manager about the dishwasher and the possibility of adding a gasket seal to the door to prevent future issues with water leakage
Customer had us return for a shower valve in the hallway bathroom that i needed help with on the ladder. Cut out old valve and replaced the valve with a moen posi temp shower valve. Replaced old trim kid aswell customers plan on doing their own shower head they did not have them today as discussed for me to Install
Main water line and toilets are not showing any signs of leaks at this time. Told the homeowner she can contact the county or Amazon to get the dye tabs so she can test her toilets to make sure none of them are leaking slowly. Install a Kohler highline in customers hallway bathroom Cut out flange and replace flange in hallway bathroom Pulled old toilet and found that the flange was rusted away and broken. Cut the flange out and used an inside fitting flange for repair. Installed new toilet caulked and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended
Installation of a new Pneumatic metering valve assembly for faucet. Currently the existing metering valve assembly has failed and is causing actual building water pressure through which is causing faucet water stream to spray futher out. Replacing this item should meter the amount of water that is allowed to pass through when in use Going to searchfor the partfor this faucet.
