I was very disappointed when Rob showed up on Friday to do my work.Jeremycame out Wednesday gave me estimate and told me what he was going to be doing on Friday.Friday it was Rob not Jeremy. Rob was knowledgeable with his work but the part they needed was not in Whse. So the Foreman told him to take it up with Jeremy who was on vacation.Very Disappointed at Foreman

We will shut off the gas to the home remove the cap for the gas dryer and install a gas shutoff valve with the customer provided gas flex line.
We will replace the cartridge with a new cartridge. We are not responsible for the condition of the valve in the wall.
We will turn off power to the water tank and replace all electrical parts and do a complete flush on the tank we will then fill the tank back up and turn on the system
This would be a attempt to repair. We would drain the hot water tank and replace the gas valve to attempt to have it working properly.
We will pull the drain cover off and snake it with the small hand snake in an attempt to clear. If this does not clear we will need to move to the sink machine.
Cleared pop up assembly and adjusted chain in toilet tank
Install customer supplied kitchen sink faucet, and both lavatory faucets
Cleared faucet head of debris from old supply line.
Attempt to unclog the sewer drain that is backing up in to the garage using a cable sewer machine if we open up the line we will try to camera the line to investigate the line and see if there is any alarming issue with the drain pipe
Repair a leaking shower valve by replacing the cartridge and seals. We will also do a thorough evaluation of the shower valve body to make sure that it is not damaged.
