I was very disappointed when Rob showed up on Friday to do my work.Jeremycame out Wednesday gave me estimate and told me what he was going to be doing on Friday.Friday it was Rob not Jeremy. Rob was knowledgeable with his work but the part they needed was not in Whse. So the Foreman told him to take it up with Jeremy who was on vacation.Very Disappointed at Foreman

Screw on newly installed faucet handle needed to be tightened more.
Attempt to repair faucet by taking it about to replace all gaskets and o rings on the inside. If this does not fix the faucet we will recommend replacing it. We will replace the old leaking faucet with a new frost proof faucet this will require us to cut the drywall inside the home to access the piping. Wooten plumbing is not responsible for any drywall repair.
We will install a new delta gooseneck faucet.
Run a camera through the vanity roof vent to investigate a potential crack or break, causing odor in the master bathroom
We will need to pull out the water heater and pull off a portion of the plenum for the heat and air unit in order to get to the drain line and replace the floor drain. We will move the drain to a more accessible location in between the water heater and heat and air unit to allow for future maintenance work. We will pour the concrete back and set the water heater as well as the panel for the heat and air units plenum. The concrete will be put back to rough grade.
Replace the fill valve on the upstairs toilet. It is currently not shutting off completely and water is running constantly.
We will cut out the old pressure regulator and install a new one in home access. We will also replace the whole home shut off valve. This will have a 1 year warranty on the pressure regulator.
Today, I replaced a malfunctioning fill valve that was not shutting off completely. I installed a new Fluidmaster fill valve to resolve the issue. After installation, I tested the valve to ensure proper operation and verified that it shut off as expected. The toilet is now functioning correctly with the new Fluidmaster fill valve in place.
We will shut the water off to the faucet pull the stem out replace all the gaskets and reinstall the stem and test for leaks. This is an attempt to repair. No warranty.

I replaced a faucet in a pool house bathroom. The new faucet is a delta, chrome handle faucet. The faucet comes with a one year warranty. We are not responsible for any leaks that may start after the work is completed.
I will run a hand snake in the master bathroom shower to attempt to fix the slow draining after that I will replace a o ring on the kitchen sink and tighten the drain nut underneath the sink.
Plumbing service. I replaced the seals in the push fitting at a customer's home. The old seals were removed and I used a sealant and a fitting tool to install the new seals. Upon completion, I tested the new seals to make sure they were working properly. The customer was pleased with the service.
