The following day, they returned to take care of a few additional repairs that I had procrastinated scheduling. We will attempt to fix the leaking faucet by changing out the cartridge and o ring as well as sanding down the install of the shower valve to remove scaling and hard water build up.
Insulated and strapped all pipes. Insulated water heater closet. Picked up trash and pipe scrap that was left. Reconnected a few hvac ducts that can come undone.

We will snake the drain from the clean out to the septic tank once we clear the clog we will camera the line to inspect the pipes making sure there is no bigger problem.
We will rework the drainage system from the Y to the kitchen sink and install a new drain stub up. After the cabinets are reinstalled, we will complete the connection to the drainage system and add a floor drain for the ice maker. Additionally, we will shut off the water supply to the home, replace the kitchen sink water lines, and install tee fittings for the ice maker and dishwasher. This comprehensive approach ensures an efficient and modernized kitchen plumbing system.
We will rework the drainage from the Y to the kitchen sink and re stub up the new drain. We will need to wait until the cabinets are put back to finish connecting to the drainage and we will add in a floor drain for the ice maker. We will also shut the water off to the home and replace the water lines for the kitchen sink line and add in add a tees for the ice maker and dishwasher.
Provided an estimate for a water heater replacement. Evaluated the current system and recommended an AO Smith 50-gallon gas water heater for its efficiency. The estimate covered removing the old unit, installing the new one, upgrading the venting system, and ensuring all gas and water connections are secure and up to code.
