We will cut out the section of piping in the attic that tie in the 2 vents and increase that pipe size to go out the roof that way it will have the proper ventilation for the bathroom group upstairs as well as the condensate drain. We will have a roofer come out and install the roof flashing. We will also cut out the p-trap and snake the drain and clear out the p-trap.
