Pam answered my call (no answering service or voicemail) and dispatched someone immediately keeping me updated until they arrived. Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable. Standard service fee came out to customers home inspected the aerobic system the plumbing underneath the home and the shower that he was dealing with a leak in the shower. caulking around the base is not in good shape and he’s leaking between the walls because of the caulking. Recommend he uses caulking take to seal the shower since the fiberglass glass base is moving with the home as it settles.
Customers wanted a quote on installing a yard hydrant in his front yard.
Customers called us out to look at her toilet. The toilet needs a full rebuild and to have wax ring replaced. Left option for rebuild to replace the toilet. Customers has to talk to spouse to go over options

We will have our leak detection guy come out with equipment to attempt to find where the water leak is in the ground. We can’t promise we will find the leak just because how much footage we are dealing with. We will replace the broke fittings in the ground under the burry hydrant and replace the water shut off in the house.
Repair a broken copper male adapter, feeding a toilet in the women’s restroom. The threads broke inside the shut off valve, so we will also replace the valve.
Repair a water leak underground on galvanized pipe
This afternoon, I installed a new bathroom faucet in the master suite that the customer had purchased. The faucet was a Moen Boardwalk model with a widespread configuration. I carefully removed the old faucet, made the necessary supply line and drain connections, and ensured proper sealing and operation of the new fixture. I also repaired a persistent leak under the guest bathroom sink by replacing the faulty drain gasket and tightening the drain assembly. The plumbing systems are now functioning properly.

Outside faucet constantly running, won’t turn completely off. Option to install standard multi-turn faucet. Unable to get accurate water pressure reading from outside faucet. After install of new faucet, water pressure will be checked again. If within code, 1 year warranty for faucet will apply. If water pressure is above code, no warranty and additional option will be made to regulate water pressure.
Outside faucet froze and busted in wall. When faucet is opened, water can be seen seeping through mortar and pours out of dryer vent. Faucet located behind water heater in closet. Current water heater is a 40gal electric from 2018, missing hammer arresters and an expansion tank. Option to install new premium quarter turn outside faucet. Water heater will need to be pulled for access. 1 year warranty. Option to install code updates on current water heater in home. 1 year warranty on code updates, no warranty on water heater. Not responsible for patching Sheetrock.
