Very quick response time and they can take care of all of your needs… I highly recommend this staff they were the only ones to answer in the middle of the night … I’m a new homeowner and had no idea what to do when the pipe burst at 1am on a Friday night!! We will pull up the 4 toilets that wobble and reset them to the floor. This does not include flange repairs or replacements. If the flanges need to be replaced we will have to come up with a price to fix those. If all the flanges look to be in good shape we will just reset the toilets. From there we will rebuild the 2 toilets that constantly run with new fill and Douglas valves as well as new tank bolts rebuild 1 toilet that is constantly running that is a power flush toilet. Then we will use a hand auger to attempt to clear the clogged urinal. Rebuild 1 tns faucet that is leaking. Deducted cost of attempt to clear urinal with hand auger and charged price to pull urinal snake it and replace the bad flushometer.
Carbon dioxide alarm. Checked out the water heater, flu pipe and other gas pipes in the home. Found the supply line to the stove leaking pretty bad. Disconnected it, resealed and tested.
Install new quarter turn water stop behind refrigerator.

We will remove the old power flush tank and complete replace it with a new one.
We will pull apart the faucet and replace the cups and springs inside in an attempt to repair if this does not fix the issue we will need to move to the 400 dollar option and change out the cartridge.
We will dig up in the area where water is surface to do a patch on a PVC water line. There is no warranty do to the high water pressure.
We will drain the hot water tank in order to change out the gas valve after we change out the gas valve we will remove the pilot assembly and burner and completely blow out the burner chamber of any dust and debris completely rebuilding the burner system to help prevent it from going out again.
Homeowner seller called us out to inspect discharge drain in water heater closet per inspectors request. we ran water for about two minutes and there was no back up. Homeowner is clear for this specific request.
