We will remove the old water stops and install new water stops. No need to cut dry wall since the pipes are already exposed on the back side of the wall. Once the water stops are installed we will then hook up the washing machine for the customer.

Plumb in new bathroom grouping in upstairs loft, water and sewer lines. Relocate existing water heater from cabin and reuse it for new bathroom. Run vent lines through sidewall of building due to height and grade of roof. Will set fixtures as well. Fixtures are being provided by homeowner, homeowner is also responsible for drain tie in outside.
We will dig up the old leaking hydrant and replace it with a new hydrant and a designated shutoff valve for the hydrant that will be added for future maintenance separate from shutting down the facility. Shutting the valve off may shut down buildings throughout the property. We are not sure what buildings it will shut down.
Replace a pecks stub out for a bathtub spout with a copper stub out. Install a gas supply line provided by the customer on the range.
We will cut out the cast iron in the crawl space dig up the kick out and tie on to the vent stacks in the crawlspace. We will give a 5 year warranty on our work in the crawl space.

We will hook up the section that was not glued together we will stub it out and make sure to strap the piping the best we can inside of the attic space.
Conduct demo work of existing sch 40 pvc piping that froze and busted. Replace with all new sch 80 fittings, pipe and flanges providing entire new system within washing station.
