The two men were polite, kind, and professional. They assessed the repairs needed, gave a quote on cost, purchased supplies needed and finished the repairs in a timely fashion. I could not ask for better service. The last thing that I told the two technicians was, “Tell your boss that you deserve a raise!” And they do deserve a raise.

We will have our leak detection guy come out with his equipment to pin point where the leak is coming from. We will cut the drywall in the closet where there is a manifold that has a gate valve that we would replace with a ball valve. This will require us rework the manifold to make everything fit. Then the 3/4” line that goes to the kitchen sink we will run up over head and down the wall to the small manifold under the sink we will tie in to that and install a new water stop. Wooten plumbing is not responsible for any drywall repair.

We will snake the floor drain for the condensation units, clean out the p-trap and reroute the condensation lines to the floor drain. We will completely take out the condensation pump due to the pump burning up and not working properly. With the amount of condensation it takes from the ice maker the pump is constantly working and over working itself to the point it burnt up. Rerouting the lines to the floor drain will prevent the need for the condensation pump and it’s failure to work.
