After talking to a few different people about purchasing our home Craig showed up. He was knowledgeable and straight forward with the numbers. Numbers can be manipulated to make it look like a great deal but in this case the numbers were what they were. A very quick close of escrow and monies deposited in the correct amount were on time. Realistic wants produced realistic results. Overall Craig really went out of his way to accommodate us not only with money but our situation as well. The construction personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. Even when one of the crew was unable to show up and do the work, another person was directed to the home in his place. And it was an item that helped my disabled wife that was to be done which will probably be demolished once we leave. Thanks Craig you are AWESOME! I gave a 4 star rating for the pricing but that is only because I was offered more by a company that bothers me to this day, they are pushy. Craig was very respectful, courteous and understanding, a big thumbs up and few a few extra bucks the other company just wasn't worth it. Make the choice to give Craig the chance to meet with you, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!
