Arrived at location on 12/5/22 - Spoke to owner about issue and says pizza is not cooking correctly and he gets a reading of under 500 when set to 550 degrees. Checked manual for unit for a calibration and could not located it. Called middleby about issue. Did troubleshoot with tech support. Found thermocouple giving lower millivolts then needed. Will order a new thermocouple assembly for the unit. Will return. Returned to location on 12/19/22 - Top oven. Removed panels. Removed old temp thermocouple and installed new. Reassembled. Turned on blower and heat. Let heat to set temp of 550°. Temp is stable and not fluctuating. John said he’s not gonna run anything through until later and will let us know if there is still a problem. Back in service.

Heated and cycled off at116v. Cycled back on at 305v. Set to 350. Cycled off at 357 and back on at 346. Let cycle several times and it’s cycling ok. Observed for a time and no failures. Blower working ok. Works in cool down mode, as well. Back in service.

Arrived at location on 12/9/21 - Checked the range and turned on the gas. Lit the top range pilots and burners and all ok. Open the left oven and removed the oven bottom . Can smell gas. Checked the pilot tubing and found a pin hole in it under the tubing cover . Looked but don’t have the size tubing . Need 3/16 tubing. Will have to order and return. Also bring along the compression fittings for the tubing. Will order and return. Returned to location on 1/19/22 - Arrived and made way down to the kitchen at the bottom of the hill. Road is icy. Disassemble the left oven and removed the old tubing and installed the new pilot tubing . Drilled out the screws for the burner cover to get at the fitting on the safety valve. Tighten all down. Turn on gas and lit the pilot . No leaks at the pilot tubing fittings. Turn on the burner and burner lights but then the base safety leaks and flames came out of it at the push button. Now new a base safety . Ok per Patti to order it and replace. Shut of

Arrived at location on 2/2/22 - Checked the top oven and power on and left blower is spinning very slowly and then shuts off on thermostat overload. Checked and have 205 vac to the blower motor. Right blower is ok. Need new blower and CCW blower wheel. Got part numbers and prices from Terri and ok per customer to order and repair and also wants a call to set up a time in early am to do the repair. Left blower finally did come on once it heated up enough to get it to turn faster. Burner on and heating. Will return. No other problems. Returned to location on 2/9/22 - Arrived at location and met with owner John, oven was partially taken apart when arrived. Cut off shaft to the blower wheel, took out old motor. Installed new motor into oven with old blower wheel. Put oven completely back together. Turned oven on, everything is working properly. Let heat up to proper temperature (530Degrees) for half hour. Oven working good. Oven is ready for use.
