Arrived onsite on 7/7/21 to check and PM -Hobart under-counter dishwasher. Brought unit into operation. Found dishwasher not filling with water. Tried locating water supply valve. valve on water line at dishwasher open. Turned off water and disconnected dishwasher fill hose. Turned water valve on and no water flow. Customer needs to resolve this issue with plumber. Manually filled dishwasher with water to proper level. Dishwasher began to heat to 152° wash temperature. Rinse temperature could not be checked since oncoming water supply is not on. Operated dishwasher through wash cycle, rinse and pumped drain. Checked and cleaned wash/rinse arms. Lower arm missing a clean out plug and other clean out plugs beginning to get hard. Dishwasher in operation. Will quote to replace clean out plugs.
