arrived, shut Grill unit down. pulled out, unplugged. removed flue and rear covers. cleaned grease build up from around shafts and motors. remove side covers and clean further. clean side covers and apply new warning stickers. remove each platen, clean components and replace shaft seals. reassemble platens. return covers onto unit, set back into place, turn on and allow to heat. level each platen. calibrate thermocouples. beef integrity tests. fill out cert form, apply new cert sticker. OK for use.
