Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair: The client’s booster heater had a water pan leak. I replaced the damaged pan, ensuring proper water containment and consistent heating.
Commercial Range Pilot Light Repair: Faced with difficulties igniting the pilot light on a commercial range, I repaired the ignition system. This fix ensures reliable gas flow and ignition, facilitating cooking operations.
Install customer supplied generator for Steamer: arrived. removed old generator and installed new, wasn't able to get new pilot to light. confirmed with factory on pilot orifice size. did notice new generators burner tubes are 3/8" bigger inside diameter then manufacturers burner tubes. was able to get unit to light when restricting air. Aaron will return tomorrow to confirm my findings.
