Arrived on site to check Prep area Cleveland steamer. Conversed with customer as to what customer noticed. Customer said that water has been accumulating in floor pan. Had checked drain, okay. This technician proceeded and removed front lower panel. Watched and looked over steamer while in operation, drawing down and static situation. technical did find small drip from drain hose at boiler drain, tightened hose clamp and leak disappeared. technician found water drip from drain manifold. drain manifold corroded and exterior plumbing to floor drain also corroded. conversed with Terry and he said to wait until their July shutdown for repair. they can live with a drip and the water for now. technician looked over entire unit and found no other water leaks. steamer in operation. Will return in July for repair. Replaced spent scale stick in water filter system for cookline steamer. customer received extra for backup. ** No charge travel and miles per Service Manager
Thermostat control inconsistent will order control, probe as previously recommended. 1/9/18 Replaced temp control assembly and indicator light. Removed and cleaned burners. Unit heating properly.
