my only problem is timine and I did tell them to come when they could only after it was started and they were not aware of the involvement

Commercial Dishwasher Leak Repair. Confronted with a leaking commercial dishwasher, I conducted a meticulous inspection focused on pinpointing the source of the issue. Arrived on, 7-25-23- Mike. Checked and found two spoons inside the disposal. Fished them out and tested the unit for operation. The unit is up and running.
Hot water dispenser sputtering and steaming from the spout. Checked for tangles, kinks, and loops in faucet tubs and corrected the issue. Also checked that the water supply valve is fully open.
Arrived at location on 10/14/21 - Unit is smaller flat top to the right of the large one. Pilot out on the left, crew member said cord got burnt up and now not heating on left. Lit left pilot, held fine. Heated, no issues. Removed burnt up cord, power switch retaining clip is broken, regulator in back covered in oil, clogged vent and needs two thermocouples. Returned same day - Replaced left thermocouple. Tested, unit holds pilot and was heating when left.
examined DUK Hot Well unit. thermostat stem hard to move and main flame low. found blockage in orifice. main flame good. pilot not holding. need to rework pilot because well pan is deteriorating and falling into burner pushing main flame into thermocouple causing premature wear. Will order parts and return. 12/11/20 replaced thermocouple and thermostat on left side. reworked pilot assemblies to keep thermocuple away from burner. tested. good to go
Examined top pizza oven unit, found no power going to controls, checked incoming power 210 v - found internal breaker was off, turned oven on, ran temp to 450, tested good.
Examined Dishwasher unit, found left side door spring broken, will order 2 so customer has extra one. 3/9/20 Returned and replaced spring. Left 2nd spring with customer.
Finished the installation on the ice machine and bin and installed pump. Rigged a extension cord up to it to test.
Examined unit and found condensate drain blocked on WALK IN COOLER. Accessed roof of unit, removed covers, blew out drain.
Removed old booster and dishwasher, put new dishwasher in placed had to reroute water lines and drain lines, also had to move table left side now drain in sink in table needs to be rerouted and customer is changing power supply to three phase instead of single phase - have to return on 9/24/10 to finish. need time for other techs. 9/25/19 returned and finished hooking up drain for waste sink and customer had new 3 phase line converted unit to 3 phase and tested unit Note: need fitting for soap, they went with old unit, unit is working
examined Combi Oven unit, found customer stated door lights blinking, then not coming on ,wall on site boat door lights working, checked cables and control board, could not duplicate customers problem. Spoke to customer, they will use and advise.
Examined Combo Oven unit, found anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick lime in generator and elements completely covered on 3 combi - removed as much lime as possible by hand and delimer combi generator had to do one unit at a time due to amount of food had to be cooked. Finished delime on all 3, tested operation, tested good.
Examined far left unit. unit lights for a few seconds then drops out. not sensing flame. Cleaned spark assembly, unit still dropping out. Traced problem to bad ignition module, swapped module with other unit to test. Will order ignition module and return. 5/30/18 Returned, removed and replaced ignition module, tested, unit lit and heated, waited for unit to cycle. Tested good
Examined microwave oven unit. Reading 999CC. Pulled RTD and took ohm reading in ice water 100.2 ohms. RTD ok. Adjusted door switches. Unit heated and cooked. 13.8 on 240
