Cooking equipment repair for restaurant. Service for commercial oven on which the door wasn't shutting properly. Inspected the unit and repaired a loose part. Tested unit again and found the door was shutting completely.
While on site customer had top pizza oven that the pilot will not light. Found orifice was clogged. Removed pilot assembly and cleaned out orifice. Had to make a new pilot bracket and install shield to make main burner pilot gas flow towards pilot flame. Tested operation okay.
