Pizza oven issues

The service person that works on my pizza ovens is a true professional! Prior to owning a restaurant I was the service manager of a 100 person service department… And I can tell you this man is a rare find!

Went to second floor and Ice Machine breaker was off on unit. Asked help center to call maintenance since breaker was off and breaker box was locked. waited over 30 minutes and tried calling again with no answer. Found maintenance and got them to unlock box. Unit made ice but was too thick. Found screws on water distribution tube loose. tightened and unit made ice still thick. Adjusted ice thickness probe and started again and water was overflowing from water reservoir and high water sensor was not sensing water. Cleaned and adjusted thickness till correct. Unit is working now but I still ordered a new water sensing probe which will be at united Lancaster tomorrow. 10/11/19 Replaced water level probe and unit filled and dropped ice properly and is working properly at this time.
