Arrived at location on 7/15/21 - checked the c/o and tested the outlet and no voltage because the hood can't be turned on because its not wired correctly per customer. Did check the wiring in the oven and its set for single phase. Oven is 3 phase or single phase. Oven is ready to be plugged in and tested. Customer will call when everything is ready . Returned to location on 8/4/21 - Checked the c/o and have 244 vac single phase to it. Unit is 208/1. Customer is aware of the higher voltage that can cause the element to fail prematurely per vulcan. Power on and test the blower speeds and hi and low work properly. Timer times down and sound. Oven light works. Allow to heat fully and cycle and the temps are off by a little because of the voltage. Customer said she will get a temp meter to have in the oven for proper temps. Unit is ok and ready for service.
