Arrived at location on 2/7/22 - Inspected unit and found hood of pilot completely broken off. Pilot is broken beyond repair and must be ordered. Unit out of service. Returned to location on 2/21/22 - Returned to location with part in hand and spoke to manager. Disassembled unit and installed new pilot. Leak checked and proceeded to light pilot. Both pilots and burners lit. Reassembled unit, back in service.
Arrived at location on 2/7/22 - Inspected unit and found pilot connection to be loose and thermocouple was broken. Disassembled unit and installed new thermocouple and tightened pilot connection. Reassembled unit, lit pilot, and main burner. Unit back in service.
Arrived at location on 10/1-21 - Checked unit found air vent in regulator clogged. Pulled and cleaned. Blew out air hole. Flames are still low but not dropping as you turn others on. Checked gas pressure was 2.5 " set to 4.5 and flames are normal now. all bypass flames set to 1 1/2" turned them off and brought temp to 200 then set bypass flames to 1/8". Checked calibration and left t stat locked in place. couldn't get to move. Middle was ok right t stat was on or off. Will order left and right t stats. unit is operational. Flames and pilots won't go out. Requires parts. Returned to location on 10/5/21 - Disassembled unit and removed far left thermostat and far right thermostat. Installed new in their place. Turned gas on to unit and lit. Allowed unit to reach temperature and calibrated. Adjusted thermostats and bypasses accordingly. Unit in service.
Found Walk-In Cooler thermostat drifted slightly. Adjusted warmer. Unit operating properly.
Condensate valve slamming open and closed. Traced to standby timer. Disconnected to get to manual. Found leaking water at bottom of door. Adjusted catch and springs for basket stopped. Standby quit opening and closing. Unit operational, job complete. No Charge, recall to wo 136721
Found limit open. Will not reset. T-stat is responding. Will order limit and return. 12/30/16 Installed hi limit. Turned on. Heats. Set to 250. Cycled off @ 257. Set to 350. Cycled.
