Arrived at location on 11/10/22 - Powered unit on. Could hear the blower humming. Powered unit off and removed top panel. Removed cover over blower. Inspected bearings on blower. No slop and didn’t hear any grinding. Bearings seemed good. Lubed shaft that blower sits on and spun blower. Noise is gone. Put panels back together and powered unit on. Unit is heating without any noise. If problem returns bearings will need to be replaced. Okay.

Arrived at location on 2/28/22 - Examined unit, staff explained booster was spraying water from pressure relief valve. Shut off power at disconnect to the right of booster and removed front cover. Found two elements with residue on them, bottom left and bottom right. Checked elements for continuity to ground, tested direct short to ground. Found two 35a fuses blown, one for left side one for right. Water is very hard here, booster tank is most likely full of lime. Did not remove elements to check to prevent unit from being completely unusable. Called Chris, decided to order two fuses and just remove elements from heating circuit until unit can be replaced. Chris would like quote to replace and also fuses ordered and to return to remove elements from the heat circuit so unit will perform better than what it is now. Returned to location on 3/3/22 - Replaced two fuses and removed bottom left and bottom right elements from circuit. Unit working for now.

Arrived at location on 2/3/22 - left most well on main plate, 120v to unit 120v to element, checked amp draw, not drawing anything. Found wire burnt off terminal from limit, repaired, no amp draw. 120v @ element, element open. Infinite switch could use replacement. Will need some hi temp ring terminals but the wires look fine. Bring 1/2” shark bite for drain. Returned to location on 2/14/22 - Replaced element, switch, repaired drain pipe to well. Working okay.
