removed old frymaster fryer and installed new henny penny fryer. opened box and found that the doors were off and the computers were not installed properly and were ready to fall out. per Cory they just want us to fix because they needed fryers. repaired all doors and put computers back into place. while going to plug fryers in, found cords for the far right was not long enough. ran and got cords and installed longer cords. finished installing unit and set up computers. talked to Steve martin at henny penny about doors and computers and sent pictures. he told me that Taylor afs need to be called. tried to call but was on hold the whole time and no answer. advised customer to call them to do the startup. loaded old fryer onto trailer and will take back to the shop to get rid of.
