Arrived at location on 8/26/21 - Examined bottom unit. Unit lights but not proving flame. Removed burner, cleaned ignitor and flame sensor. Also replaced flame sense wire. Reassembled and tested. Unit lit and held. Waited for cycle. Checked top oven operation as well. Good to go.
Maintenance asked me to install new water hose on top combi. shark bite fitting leaking on water line. cut back and reconnected shark bite. installed new water hose and tested. unit had descale and no water message on and wanted to rinse. unit went through rinse cycle. unit needs delime.
Removed and replaced terminals and connectors for Fryer element assembly. tested. 30 amps good to go
Examined Convection Oven unit, found off, turned on, set to 350, let unit fully heat and cycle actually temp 364, let heat and cycle unit back on 332 off 354 and consistent with temperature - turned oven thermostat on off 15-20 times, oven went into main flame every time. Set oven to 400 cycled off 397, cycled back on 377 0ff 395 - could not duplicate customer problem while testing and Tony from maintenance was on site with Tech and looking at temp meter if oven acting up could not determine any problem while on site.
Examined Holding Cabinet unit, found cord retainer loose. Tightened, also found power switch is bad. Heating unit is not in correct cabinet so fitment is off. Will order switch and return. 1-25-19 Removed and replaced power switch, ground prong broken off plug, replaced plug, tested, good to go.
