Arrived at location on 2/1/23 - The threshold was bowed up in the middle and most of the screws holding it were so deteriorated that they were holding it down. I straightened the threshold and used new screws to fasten it down. The door is now closing on its own.
Arrived at location on 5/9/22 - Found condenser unit not coming on which I traced to a pressure switch wire which rubbed through and arced on dtc valve capillary tube causing a leak, I repaired wire and picked up new valve locally and replaced, vacuumed and topped off system with 404, waited for unit to come down to temperature and is working properly at this time, unit was in low twenties when I left.
Arrived at location on 4/4/22 - Started unit and found condensing fan not running, Checked power and it was ok but fan would not run. Replaced fan with truck stock and watched unit come down in temp and satisfy. System is operating properly at this time.
Arrived at location on 10/1/21 - On site, booster started blowing water out of PRV. Checked dishwasher temps, slightly high temp 200, shouldn’t trip at that temp. Did adjust temp to about 190 for final rinse, PRV still blowing water out at that temp. Drain booster, remove old PRV. Install new PRV, turn water on and allow to ill booster, turn booster on, run racks through dishwasher, final rinse is 190-195. PRV is no longer blowing water out. Ok for use.
Arrived at location on 8/31/21 - Found the pressure relief valve is bad on the booster heater. I will obtain parts and return. Found the pressure relief was leaking water all the time. I did replace the valve and checked ops. Ok ready to use.
