today service repair work is expensive and I understand the costs. I would like to see a discount or wave travel $$ after we have 'X' amount of service calls. something like (unfortunate) frequent flyer program.
Ice maker having issues. Tech complained of poor water PSI. GF staff checked water source finding no isues. After discussing issue with tech, he deciced to relpace PSI gauge. new gauge showed great water PSI. too many reoccuring repairs for same issues

Arrived on, 7/18 Jerry- Unplugged unit, lifted up grill plate and removed old t-stat. Installed new t-stat and reinstalled everything. Unit operational and ok.

Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair near Springs Ave. When a commercial client experienced issues with their griddle, they reached out to us for repairs. I quickly arrived at their establishment and examined the griddle. It turned out that a faulty thermostat was causing the problem. I replaced the thermostat, conducted temperature tests, and confirmed that the griddle was functioning perfectly. The client was pleased to have their griddle back in operation for their busy kitchen.

Commercial HVAC Installation Service near W Lincoln Ave. We were contacted by a commercial client in need of our assistance installing a new HVAC system for their building. We discussed options with the client and then arrived at the determined date to install the new HVAC system. We carefully installed the new Lennox rooftop HVAC unit in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and installed the ducting in the business. After the installation, we tested the new system for quality assurance and instructed the client on how to operate it. The client was grateful to have a reliable HVAC system for their business before the summer gets here!
Food not getting as hot as it should in a commercial microwave. The microwave is turning on but not heating. Checked the door switch interlock and found it was faulty. Replaced the component and the food is now heating.
Arrived at location on 3/18/22 - Tighten sight glass. Was loose. Completed. Water filter leaking needs quote. Steam valve at kettle leaking again. Wants better valve.
Arrived at location on 10/19/21 - Replaced thermopile in right fryer and center fryer. Set both to 500 mv. Right fryer at 185mv with burner on, center fryer at 235mv with burner on. Both working at this time. Completed.
Arrived at location on 10/4/21 - Found condenser fan motor bad, and both evaporator fan motors bad. I replaced all motors from truck stock and waited for unit to come down to temperature and is working properly at this time.
Arrived at location on 8/7/21 - Found fryer totally down, dropped panel and found that someone had attempted to jump out switch. Rewired correctly and unit power on. Turned on fryers and hood came on. Allowed vats to come up to temp. Ok for use. Will return with replacement power switch. Returned to location on 8/11/21 - Pulled fryer out, replaced drain pan switch. Verified operation, working now. Pushed fryer back in. Replaced power switch, new wire ends female crimp. Rewired to factory diagram. Verified hood on and fryers. Labeled wires also. Completed.
