usually quick service - good people over all good experience

today service repair work is expensive and I understand the costs. I would like to see a discount or wave travel $$ after we have 'X' amount of service calls. something like (unfortunate) frequent flyer program.

Steamer In use when got here. She said working great this morning. Drained it. Pulled hi limit, cleaned. Pulled bottom hose off delime port, tried to stick rod back thru, feels as though the steam generator is limed up and some of hose fittings. Could not get water level probes out to check or clean. Recommend getting new tank gasket and water level probes, to be able to take unit apart and get back in use same day. May need major delime if tank solid with lime. Unit did over fill one time during refill. Water was coming out top of steam generator. Need to quote repairs.

Walk-in cooler was temping at 44 degrees upon arrival. took down Slimline cover and found inside evaporator coils were extremely Dusty. Remove power to the fans and brushed out heavy dust and blue the rest out with nitrogen. turn the unit back on, had bubbles in sight glass. charge was a little low. Added 8 oz of R22 refrigerant and checked for leaks. No leaks detected at this time. I adjusted the thermostat to turn off at 34 degrees and on at 39 degrees. Recommended to general manager that all three walk-in units should be heavily cleaned. Please provide quote for General Manager to provide preventive maintenance on the walk-in coolers and freezer.

After inspecting and removing burners from Fryer-Electric, found that fire wall was damaged and falling apart. Spoke with Gary and he is going to replace fryer due to age of unit. Unit is from 1998.
