Arrived at location on 3/14/23 - Unit was hissing as if it was out of refrigerant. I checked the pressures and we were just about pulling a vacuum. I charged the unit back up with R-404a to ensure it wasn’t a cap tube issue. I then charged the unit up to 250psi of nitrogen and began leak checking. I found a leak in the low-side coil. I removed the old charge and cut off the low side coil and replaced it with new copper. I filled the unit back up with 250psi of nitrogen for 30 minutes to ensure there were no leaks. I lost 0 psi. I pulled a vacuum down to 500 microns on the unit and charged the unit back up with the factory amount of R-404a and turned the unit on. Units condenser fan motor is going bad but I saw in the notes that Tom already recommended replacement but the customer denied it. The unit has come down to temp and cycled with no issues. The unit is now running

Arrived at location on 11/9/22 - Checked over the unit and found that the water is coming from two spots underneath. Removed the side panel to gain access to water connections. Found leaking from the flowmeter as well as the t-fitting underneath. Will order the new t-fitting as well flowmeter and connection points for t-fitting. Will return to install once received. Returned to location on 1/31/23 - Replaced water sensor, water distribution roll guide, hose fittings and t-fitting. Tested operation, to be working as it should at this time, no leaks.

checked out Combi Oven unit and found the unit would turn on. checked and found the fuse was blown so got one and put in and then it turned on and went to a clean cycle and would not come out of it. found the clean pump shorted out. went in to the settings and got it up and running for now but can not us the clean cycle. Will have to order fuse and pump. 12/10/19 returned with cleaning pump. removed old pump and installed new cleaning pump and repaired plug. installed new fuses on control board and checked operation by running a rinse without tabs. found while unit was running that the steam hose for the generator was leaking steam. will obtain part and return, generator will have to come out. customer said any day after today is good. 12/11/19 came in with part. removed old one and installed new steam hose and went to test unit out and found it would not let me do anything, could not heat or steam so checked the fuses and they are ok. finally got it to rinse and then it would not heat
