Commercial Appliance Repair Service. Arrived at the client's location on 5/31/23 - Found wash tank drain stuck and will not move. Nothing is blocked inside, will order part and return. Returned to location on 6/6/23 - Removed front panel. Found drain sent out is 1” shorter than the one currently installed. Will not work with setup. Removed and replaced dry rotted leaking coupling. Managed to break valve free with extended pipe wrench setup. Slightly hard to turn at first but got looser after messing with it. Drain functions properly with no leaks. Operational.

Arrived at location on 4/28/22 - Found the unit half full of water. Filled with water to the line and turned on. Found the thermostat is off by at least 25 degrees. Turned the calibration screw so the control would shut off when the water was boiling at 100 degrees Celsius. Need to obtain a new thermostat. Could not test further because the lack of oil in the unit. Returned to location on 5/3/22 - Found the fryer empty. Disassembled and removed the defective thermostat and installed a new one. Reassembled and filled with oil. Tested the unit. Found the calibration a hair low. Bumped the temperature up so the unit shuts off at about 320 degrees F or 160 degrees C.

Customer states bottom Oven conveyor chain had ripped. One link was broken and got caught and bound the whole chain. Chain section looks to be about 3.5 feet, will order 4 feet and two sets of master links to patch in. Nothing looks bent currently. Bushings in good shape, set up for early morning. Turned motor on, still moves. Lots of slack in chain from conveyor moving, only ran long enough to make sure motor turns. 1/10/2020 Replaced 1 foot of conveyor in bottom oven, made master links and tested.
