Arrived at location on 7/25/21 - found unit off. Accessed components. Found power to controls. Found 3a fuse blown and will not reset. Checked switch wiring. Found right side rear 2iring exposed and shorted. Replaced bad wires. Removed 3a fuse breaker and wired in glass fuse holder. Tested. Found ok.
Performed pm on refrigeration and hvac equipment, found havc units need new belts and filters. blow out condensers and cleaned drains on coolers. found walking box needs a new door latch and evaporator, whole back of coil is smashed in and no air flow though coil and condensing unit need new insulation whole system needs replaced in poor condition. reach in cooler needs a new door gasket.
Found lots of oil inside HVAC System condenser compartment. Leak checked and found one high side fitting leaking. Recovered charge. fixed leak held nitrogen and then pulled 500 micron vacuum. Weighed in factory charge of 8 lbs 4 Oz's. Started unit and watched pressures and temps. Pressures ok but where t stat is located is a very hot area and unit will never cycle and it will freeze. relocated t stat to another room ok wire needs secured yet. Also there was no trap on evap drain. Plumbed in new trap and line. Unit is cycling. Compressor did sound loud upon startup but then smoothed out.
