Arrived at location on 7/13/22 - spoke to Shavit about braising pan. Unit will not stay lit. Upon initial inspection, found unit to be in poor shape. Hi limit and operating thermostat probes are both corroded. Upon removal of hsi and flame sensor, found hsi to be broken and flame sensor completely corroded. Thermostat housing was hanging loose banging off the side of the unit. Corrected this by drilling housing and securing to bracket with new hardware. Also modified bracket position so housing no longer bangs off anything during operation. Will order all defective components. Spoke to Larry about repair cost potential and he gave me permission to order what was needed to rectify this unit to its former glory. Unit out of service. Returned to location on 7/19/22 - Disassembly was very difficult being hindered by heavy corrosion and layers of dried grease. Installed new components and reassembled. Tested. Had to reposition flame sensor slightly. Unit back in service.

Found when testing millivolts on thermopile it was very sporatic. Customer said pilot would go out when t-stat was turned on. Changed t-pile and took mV. Stayed strong and above 300 mV. Used truck stock. Unit in use.
