Arrived at location on 12/7/22 - Checked unit found all dog legs bent and one missing in middle. Two on exit end are stuck in half up position due to bent bar across. Will have to straighten bar or cut off bottoms of dog legs. Looks like the belt was jammed at one time. May have to straighten in places. Will order parts and return. Unit operational but the have to feed trays. Requires parts. Returned to location on 12/7/22 - Removed dog legs and replaced them with new ones. To include spacers and washers ,nuts. Had to bend conveyor back in place ,was facing up. Ran several racks thru with no issues. Loosened bearings on entrance end conveyor. Cleaned and lubed. Tested ok they are rolling now and grabbing trays. Unit is operational job complete.
Arrived at location on 6/8/22 - Arrived at location. Talked with owner Jeremy about how he wants fryer installed. Fryer was located in garage but going into truck. Found spot for fryer. Hose in truck was too small. Did not have end connection due to it being on the last fryer that got junked. Had to use a hose kit for shop. Installed new hose onto truck. Prior hose was very difficult to remove. Added a quick disconnect and new shut off valve. Brought new fryer onto truck. Checked for leaks and found no leaks. Checked gas pressure and both read about 9 inch WC. Jeremy asked to leave as is. Fryer heats and cycles. Unit is in service and ready for use.
Arrived at location on 1/5/22 - Checked kettle ,drained 2gallons of water from jacket. Turned boiler on and let come to 10psi. Turned both kettles on with water in them. Both started to heat then right one on top of boiler stopped. Cracked steam trap and let water drain. Unit started to heat. Shut boiler down and restarted. Both kettles heated for a while then right one stopped again. Spoke to brad at Cleveland explained all I did he said change all three steam traps. Also reset switch lite dims but doesn’t go out. He said one of relays has sticking contact. Replace both. Unit is working for now and requires parts. Returned to location on 1/14/22 - Removed all traps on steam generator and 40qt. Kettle Replaced them with new ones. Put all back together and filled kettles with water. Opened steam valves and steam rolled in. Both kettles came to a boil. Turned them off and drained water. Unit is operational job complete.
Arrived on site on 6/24/21 and checked in with MOD. Customer complained unit alarm is beeping. Checked controller and found alarm is high temp alarm. Checked set point and found set point at 0 degrees. Checked differential and found set for 20 degrees temp difference. Spoke to Beverage air tech support. Tech support recommended checking and changing parameters. Changed differential to 8 degrees as per tech support and set all parameters back to factory. Unit is making temp and working properly at this time.
Arrived at location on 5/5/21 to service convection oven. Removed old parts in bottom and replaced with new. Top temp probe module and igniter. Tested unit igniter glowed and module sent 24v to gas valve now. Heard click but no gas. Removed line at out on valve and turned on. no gas coming from valve. has gas in not out with 24v present. will create another work order for part. bottom oven replaced probe and control tested ok.
Filled Pasta Cooker unit with water. Opened drain. Not draining. Pulled off drain manifold. Was clogged. Cleaned and flushed with hot water. Reassembled. Opened drain. Water drains okay. Back in service.
Found Compressor not running, overload tripped. Cleaned blocked condenser coil. After a few minutes compressor started. Unit cooling properly.
Found Convection Oven spring broken. Replaced spring, unit in use.
Checked Bunn Coffee unit, found spearhead clogged. Cleaned and explained to new manager how to do and how often. Brewed two pots, brewed full pots. Unit operational ,job complete.
