Arrived at location on 7/7/21 to calibrate Grill. Calibrated the gap and cooked product. Checked ops. While the chicken is better it is still sticking some. I called factory but got no answer I will return after speaking to the factory. Returned and checked temperature calibration and leveled and re-gaped the platen. I watched them cook breakfast chicken with no sticking then cooked the lunch fillet and had some sticking but much better than before. I called the factory Jeff said he has had many calls this week with the same issue and believes the issue is with the product. They are advised to use release agent in the am and plenty of oil. Unit is ready to use.
