Arrived at location on 9/9/22 - Arrived, stated tilt skillet isn’t working. Checked unit, turned gas on and light pilot. Turn on and allow to heat, check gas pressure, is okay. Found thermostat not closing every time. Taking too long to close to send signal to gas valve. Needs thermostat. Will order and return. Returned to location on 9/22/22 - Arrived, disassembled. Replaced thermostat, turn on and test. Operational. Ok for use.

Arrived at location on 7/6/22 - Check rational oven for soot and found none. I looked down the exhaust pipes and ran the unit with a white rag over the exhaust and found no soot. I did check the co2 settings are ok. I checked ops. Ok ready to use.

Arrived at location on 6/23/22 - found unit displays SFT WHEN THE TEMPERATURE WOULD GET NEAR SET POINT. FOUND THE AIR SWITCH IS OPENING. FOUND AIR SWITCH IS BAD ,CHECKED FILTER APEARS TO BE OK. ID REPLACE A MISSING SCREW ON THE DOOR CATCH AND TIGHTENED THE DOOR HINGES. I WILL OBTAIN PARTS AND RETURN. Returned to location on 7/12/22 - Replaced the air switch and tube I checked operation .ok ready to use.

Arrived at location on 5/17/22 - found some black soot partials in the top of the Combi and adjoining table I did pull the steam generator burner and it appeared clean. I did vacuum both exhaust flues. I will return to check the burner combustion with the analyzer. Returned to location on 6/8/22 - Set command co2 combustion settings. I checked ops. Ok ready to use

Arrived at location on 2/4/22 - Center fryer burners not lighting. Pilot goes dim when thermostat is turned up. Checked cover, unable to light pilot at all. Do not hear gas coming from pilot. Found quick disconnect not snapped in properly. Very difficult to snap in correctly, did seat in. Light pilot, light burners, is operational. Jeff would like quick disconnects quoted for all three fryers.

Arrived at location on 8/3/21 - Installed replacement thermocouples, valve kits, safety valves pilot tubing and pilots. Tested unit ok for use.

Arrived at location on 7/20/21 - customer asked that I check over unit. I found all open burners working well and oven temperature in range.

arrived. customer stated Convection Oven unit wasn't heating. checked and found very weak spark and pilot struggled to stay lit. did replace pilot assembly and ignition module. unit is now igniting much better. pilot stays lit OK for use.

Arrived. checked and found Dishwasher top rinse arm missing. customer provided arm and retainer. obtained replacement e clip locally. reassembled unit but needs replacement bearing on top rinse arm. did delime unit and rinsed out after deliming. unit is okay for use until we return with parts. 11/14/19 Returned. shut unit down. replaced bearing and e clip. also tried replacing door glides and were incorrect. obtained part number from factory. will order and return. 12/4/19 Arrived on site and installed replacement door guides. tested unit, okay for use.

Found Steamer probe plate gasket torn and steam poring from gasket. found water filters clogged. I did replace the filters and removed the gasket and caulked the probe plate. found gauge glass washers are leaking. 4/15/19 Replaced the level probe assembly and gauge glass washers. I checked ops. okay, ready to use.

Prep Table: Customer states this is an intermittent problem of freezing product. Condensing coil was clean. Pressures were good with R134a system. Temps are cycling right now. Looks like temp controller is going bad and not tracking temps correctly all the time. Trista wants an estimate sent for the cost of replacing the temp controller.

While at location installing gasket I found Combi Oven temp probe in poor condition. I brought this to the attention of the manager to see if she would like to replace it and also explained it may not be warranty. She then called her district manager and explained the issue and she gave verbal approval to order part whether or not it's warranty. I will order part. 2/7/19 Arrived, shut unit down, unplugged, removed back cover and left side cover. removed old probe, routed in new probe, reassemble. okay.

After replacing probe, turned Combi Oven unit on, started heating right away before powering up. removed back cover, have amp draw at elements as soon as unit is plugged in. removed wiring to elements, checked all elements for opens, shorts, all check out ok. checked and found both heat contactor and latch contactor failing. was able to get heat contactor to pull out and was able to check operation of unit, will order new contractors. unit is NOT safe for operation. unit is down. 2-11-19 Arrived, slid unit over to access left side. removed access panel. dropped down latch contactor, label wires. found new contactor is too large to fit into same spot. correct part number was ordered (60127) but received wrong number (60128). will obtain correct parts and return, 2-13-19 Unit was off. spun unit 90 degrees on table to perform work. removed old contractors and replaced with new. wire for wire. reassembled unit and reinstalled in original location. tested unit. unit preheated. okay for use

Call Out- Beacon Walk-In Cooler unit was alarming for high temp and compressor off. Went on roof and unit was low on charge. Saw oil coming from service valve in front of receiver. Tightened cap and charged unit, need to return to replace valve. Tech will need a 3/8 ball valve with access port. Leak is on high side, must return soon. 12/10/18 Reclaimed gas and installed new ball valve. Pulled vac and recharged system.

Walk-In Cooler Beacon unit was alarming for high temp and compressor off. Went on roof and unit was low on charge. Saw oil coming from service valve in front of receiver. Tightened cap and charged unit .need to return to replace valve. Tech will need a 3/8 ball valve with access port. leak is on high side must return soon. 12/10/18 Reclaimed gas and installed new ball valve. Pulled vac and recharged system.
