Arrived at location on 9/23/22 - Middle fryer pilot would not light. I attempted to light but it would not light. I turned LP off and I removed old Pilot assembly and wiring. Installed new pilot assembly and had to change terminal ends before wiring to match connections on gas valve. This proved time consuming. After installing new pilot assembly I turned LP back on and attempted to light pilot. Pilot lit right away and stayed lit. I then put thermostat on 350° and burners lit right away. Observed fryer for 15 minutes and water in vat heated up. Fryer back in service. Advised Angela.
