Turned Oven unit on and let heat found temp control would adjust to random temperatures. Will order new temp board, probe and knob and return to replace. 6/12/19 Removed the faulty stat, probe and knob then installed new. Then programmed the unit and checked calibration to adjust as needed. The unit is maintaining temperature fine but both cooling fans are supplied with 120v but are not working and need replaced. We will need to order and return to replace. 7/5/19 Removed failed cooling fans, replaced fans, energized and checked operation unit operating normally at this time.

I lit the Gas Fryer pilot and fired the unit up to check operation. The unit shut off at set point and the pilot stayed lit. I checked while the unit was running and I had a 170mv drop across the stat. I took the connections apart and cleaned everything up and that took care of the large voltage drop. The gas valve was on the edge of not having enough voltage to stay open. The unit is working fine at this time. **Travel Charges Billed on wo# 180591**

The unit was at 45 degrees and the staff said they had adjusted the stat multiple times because it was above 50 degrees. I pulled the unit out and removed the back and the condenser was plugged. I brushed and cleaned it with dirt blaster They ran the unit and adjusted it multiple times to get it to shut off at 34 degrees. I told the staff to let it run for a day and check temp before putting product back in.

Found unit off. Griddle burner valves need replaced, not lighting properly. Unable to measure gas pressure but unit may need regulator. Oven valve also needs replaced.
