Arrived at location on 10/24/22 - Checked out unit and found working on arrival. Talked to customer and she said sometimes it will work ok and sometimes it won't. Found gas was not set right. Changed it to the pressure that the factory wanted it to be 3.5 and the fan shutter at 2. Cleaned the flame sensor and checked operation. Found that unit was also leaking at the door gasket. Will obtain new door gasket and ignitor and return. Unit was cycling on and off with no problem. Returned to location on 10/27/22 - Returned with parts. Removed old door gasket and ignitor and installed new. Checked operation by letting unit come up to temp. All operation ok. While waiting on unit to come up to temp maintenance came by asked them about the filters. He ran and got a filter. Change the filter and scale stick. Checked for leaks, all ok.

Oven unit blew 20 amp mag fuse, replaced fuse. door switches tested OK. relays working OK. mag amp draw 16.4 amps, good. previously there were terminals replaced on t.v. circuit which could be causing the issue. also could have wiring problems for the low voltage wires to the door switches. spoke with Trevor at Turbo Chef and he recommended replacing the cap for the k3 relay. will order wiring harnesses and cap and return. 8/27/20 Came in and installed new wire harness, harness and capacitor assembly. tested the unit and found fuse OK. checked mag circuit and door switch, tested OK. ran the unit and operation OK.
