Arrived on, 5/18/23- Bryan Checked the right onque Qing oven after I seen that it was displaying service. Called Tammy and she said that it’s ok to check it. Removed power and removed top and sides and looked over and there are no signs of problems. Checked the 20 amp fuse and it is open. Installed a new 20 amp fuse and then tested the plug for voltage and only have 120/1 to it and it’s a 208/1 plug and the unit calls for 208/230/1 . Looked but cannot locate the breaker for the drop cord in question. Tried another cord and have 208/1 to it. Plugged in and tested the unit and service message went away. Customer tested with reduction and it cooks fine. Unit in service. Customer needs to have an electrician check the breakers and reason for the missing power . Job complete .

Arrived to inspect commercial oven, not lighting. Found that there was no gas coming to the the pilot light, so checked the gas pressure. Discovered that the gas regulator was not letting gas through. Replaced the regulator and pilot lights are now able to light properly.

Examined Fryer Electric unit, found leak coming from return valve where handle connects. Tightened connections but still leaking. Will order parts and return. 10-11-18 Pulled out the fryer and drained the oil into the sump. Loosened a fitting and noticed a puddle of oil on the floor. Found the oil sump pan with a hole in it. It was cracked. The manager made a phone call and said to go ahead and replace the fitting I had and not to obtain a filter pan (sump). Did as directed and replaced the return valve. Had to manufacture a new pin to replace the cotter pin that fell apart when pulled out of the old valve.
