Upon arrival, the REF Walk-In Freezer condenser fans were running, but the compressor wasn't reason being is L1 and T1 on the contactor were weak. Replaced the contactor and the compressor kicked in. Unit is set to -10 degrees and it pulling down. Good to go.

Found the Reach-In Freezer unit off and unplugged. Plugged in and tested. The unit came on and started to cool. Checked the incoming power wiring and everything was okay. Allowed the unit to cool down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit and forced the unit into a defrost cycle. Checked the wiring under the front cover. Did find a pinched wire that was caught in the hinge and cabinet. The wire went to one of the temperature probes (black set). It looked like the insulation was worn and there was a small bit of exposed wire. Taped it and tucked it down so it would not get hung up in the hinged lid. Also adjusted the max defrost termination time from 15 minutes to 35 minutes. The unit came out of defrost on temperature. Allowed the unit to start to drop temperature again before leaving.

Removed Champion dishwasher pump and motor assembly, removed housing, impeller bolts and impeller hard to get off. Replaced shaft seal and gaskets. Flange that feeds pump still needs gaskets as well as conveyor assembly parts. Tested unit, no leaks from pump.
