Arrived at location on 8/6/21 - At location customer stated that bottom oven stops heating from time to time. I found unit on and temping well. I removed covers checked over unit and found wire connector at valve barely connected nearly falling off. I attached properly and monitored oven unit has good gas pressure and working properly at this time.
Came in and preformed preventive maintenance on refrigeration cooking and ice machines. checked gas pressure and amp draw on cooking equipment. Checked temps door gaskets closers, cleaned cooling fans and air intakes. Refrigeration equipment cleaned condensing coils on reach in coolers placed filter material in front of condensing coil. checked door gaskets hinges electrical components and condensate drains. chemically cleaned condensing units on roof top and checked exhaust fan belts. checked door gaskets hinges temps brushed off evaps in walk-in cooler and freezer. cleaned and sanitized ice machines in kitchen and in nurses station. removed all removable parts from ice machines and cleaned and sanitized them put them back in place and ran clean cycle let units make ice ok. made up repair list and went over with manager pm complete
At location customer stated that the oven pilot will not stay lit. I found low millivolts and weak pilot. I had to remove safety valve to get to pilot and found it in very poor condition and the oven full of carbon. I checked over oven orifice and it to is bad .I will order parts and return to make repairs. 8/21/20 At location with follow up parts for oven. I replaced pilot and thermocouple unit is working well.
