Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance. I delivered a thorough maintenance service that encompassed all the client's kitchen equipment. My initial step involved the careful cleaning of condenser coils in the refrigeration units, preserving their performance. Following this, I addressed hinges, door gaskets, and seals for ovens and refrigerators to eliminate heat and air leakage issues, consequently prolonging the life of these appliances. In addition, I replaced filters in all kitchen equipment, ensuring they operated at maximum efficiency. This comprehensive approach ensured the client's kitchen operated seamlessly.

The ALS Oven unit has broken door handles, lights for bottom cabinet, contactor is in bad shape and someone disconnected the power to it so the element probably went bad at some point. The unit is in rough shape and is not worth repairing. I spoke with the manager and gave him an update. They are not going to repair the unit.
