8/17/23 Sean- Arrived on site, and spoke with manager about the issue with the slicer. Table guide moves and does not hold stable. Found that it is missing the shaft that locks it into place. Also noticed that 2 out of 4 legs are rigged with bolts. Slicer is very unstable. Will order all required parts and return. Returned on, 8/25/23- Arrived and made way to 2 nd floor after checking the lower level kitchen for any other repairs and none needed. Disassemble and flipped the sliced on end and installed the new shaft and the 2 feet. Tighten all down. Lubed the shafts. Flipped on its feet and installed the table. Power on and tested and it’s running smooth. Customer sliced a tomato and said it’s working better than before . Unit is now back in service and mov completed. No other repairs needed on kitchen per customer
Arrived at location on 6/22/22 - Pulled control side panel tested incoming voltage at contactor had 208. 3ph. Tested power at controller o. Tested probes to ground ,they were open. Opened door and filled to level. Turned on and it came on pulled 18psi vacuum and started to heat. Noticed she had distilled water below unit. They said someone ordered a case of it and was told to use it in steamer. I explained to Brent why you can’t use it ,has no minerals in it and probes won’t send message to water level board. Said they can se up mt must use 1gallon of regular water. Unit is operational job complete.
Arrived at location on 3/29/22 - On site for unit not cooling. Checked unit operation, found unit with no gas in system. Pressurized with 50psi of nitrogen. Leak checked with D-TEK 3 -Refrigerant. Leak detector found small leak by in shredder pin. Removed installed new pin, pulled a vacuum it held charge unit with 3.7 oz of R290. Unit temperature dropped to 36f unin fully operating.
Arrived onsite on 5/13/21 to check Southbend range. Range did not have gas coming to unit. Discovered behind range that the quick disconnect was not matted properly. Reconnected the quick disconnect, checked gas pressure at 10"wc LP gas and re-lit all pilots.
Removed Reach-In Cooler old gaskets and installed new. Back in service.
