Arrived at location on 8/24/22 - Checked over unit. Found red L1 wire on module falling out of connector. Replaced with truck stock and tested unit. Cycled several times and found to light perfectly each time. Closed up unit.
checked over Dishwasher unit, found drain plug not in right and not allowing unit to fill. stuck it in place and ran unit, found all okay at this time.
Turned Conveyor Oven unit on, found main blower was shaking. Turned unit off, checked blower, found blade was rubbing against side. Adjusted fan and tightened bolts found fan to run and not contact side. Found modulating valve buzzing. Thought it was blower until unit cycled off and found it to be valve. Will order new valve under part warranty and return to replace. 4-2-19 Replaced modulating valve [90 day part warranty]. Upon replacement found gas valve had plastic piece with terminals that was just sitting in valve. Replaced gas valve. Spoke to manager and recommend replacing switches on unit. He said he will speak to the manager about it. Unit is operating correctly at this time **No Travel Charges per Service Manager**
Open up unit to replace door seal and wave guide seals. Changed out cavity thermocouple also. Left unit set for a day for door sealant to dry. Test unit and ran several times had no issues. Unit ready for pick up. 6-1-18 customer picked up unit.
