Arrived at location on 12/1/22 - On a call for oven fan motor not working .arrived at site checked in with maintenance name Kevin took me to work station ,checked unit operation , open up door noticed fan blade was spinning , and stops as soon as you open up the door ,as it should ,closed & open door multiple times fan came on as soon as I close door ,didn’t notice no issues unit fully ,operating video in saved attachment

Arrived at location on 7/23/21 - examined unit power on control board no power opened control panel turned unit on it ran closed panel it shut off found 3 screws missing from board replaced and tested all ok.

replaced Pitco Fryer control and tested, all okay

Found the oven off. Turned on and the elements were not heating. Had to push hard on the overheat reset switch to get the switch to reset. The oven started to heat. Ran the oven thru a muffin and a Croissant cycle. Did also note that the door switch did not always make unless the door was closed hard. Need one over temperature switch and one door switch. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Replaced Disposer door seal both switches and pump contactor filled and started unit now no voltage to pump contactor green LED not lit on board called Michelle at Salvajor tried to reconfigure board not responding, will order parts QWP (expedited freight) per Michelle at St. Luke's Note: this part of repair complete, will order additional parts on new work order. Closing out this work order.

Examined Steamer unit, found wire off controller to hi - limit overheated and wire to element burnt, replaced wire & terminals and tested

Customer Comments: 3-10-20 BOTTOM -- not working: 3-11-20 Upon arrival top was steaming, bottom was not, site glass full of water, heat contactor not pulled in, drained unit, checked both hi limits - okay, unit filled and heated, possible stuck heat contactor on lower chamber replaced and tested 47 amps per leg, all okay.

Replaced Cleveland steamer elements / limits bottom compartment and top and bottom probe housing and bottom stand by thermostat, then delimed both unit, customer supplied delimer acid

Found Steamer top compartment elements shorted out - all of them, need elements hi limits probe housing, will get prices. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Tested the CLE Kettle unit and found the control cover was loose causing it to short to the contactor. Dropped the covers and tightened the nut holding the covers stable. Tested and the unit is heating.

Found unit filled okay but would not heat, found water control / heat board not letting power through to heat circuit, replaced board and tested okay

Toaster not heating: buns are toasting but customer claims they are not hot enough, went into adjustments, found bun setting slightly less than middle, adjusted up for darker setting and tested - they approved this change, tested with several buns, all okay.

examined Kettle unit, opened bottom pan where sparks came from, found contactor blown up, removed and replaced and tested, drawing 23.5 amps per leg, all okay

Found Food Warmer controllers were rated 120v, supplied 208. Mfg sending new controllers to shop. Find breaker for unit, plug does not come apart. EMERGENCY CALL OUT 11/11/19 Found wires in breaker panel wrong, hot going to neutral and neutral going to l3. Shipping controllers out today for tomorrow. 11/12/19 Removed old temp controls and replaced with new wired and tested all 3 working met with Joe the deli manager on duty all controls were at 200'f reset to 165'f per Joe showed customer how to adjust set point made sure all 3 reached set point and cycled on/off all okay.

examined Skillet unit found center element not heating opened control panel checked wires and contactors ok tilted unit removed cover found broken wire and element end put together with splice will order new element, also bring some insulated 10 or 12 wire and ring terminals. 10/22/19 opened bottom replaced center element used new wire and terminals and tested all okay.
