Arrived at location on 6/23/22 - Checked over unit and spoke with Tom over the phone. Found no issues with blower as it was smooth and quiet. He stated issues leaking as well. Found leak due to a hose reel seal. Will need to replace hose reel. Spoke with Tom ok to order. Returned to location on 6/27/22 - Replaced reel and tested. Found all ok at this time
Arrived at location 6/20/22 - Found unit runs normally. Only problem is some standing water in bottom of unit, drain has cap on the end, removed cap and drained. Will attach photo showing location of drain line so that customer can drain unit in the future. If unit is not drained periodically it will continue to be an issue, recommend draining unit daily.
Arrived at location on 3/15/22 - Checked over unit. Found pilot lit but no flow pass safety upon further inspection found issue with safety and thermocouple. Will need to order and return. Returned to location on 3/23/22 - Installed gas shut off valve. Installed new thermocouple. Installed new 1/2” pipe nipple to accommodate smaller safety valve. Checked for leaks and operations. Energized and checked operations unit operating normally at this time.
I found unit (Refrigerated Drawer Unit) at 41 deg and came down to 33 deg. Turned off and back on at 39 deg. Unit cycled several times. Let unit run and keep a bottle of water in unit to see if it freezes
