Arrived at location on 7/13/21 - examined unit. Was able to get all stove pilots and burners to light. Pilots in worse shape than others. Showed maintenance team member how to properly light pilots. Upon leaving Tom Farrel showed up and stated the stove top is fine and that its the ovens that are acting up. Will order 2 garland 60inch oven thermocouples and return. Call Tom when coming. Returned on 7/28/21 - replaced thermocouple on both ovens both pilots lit and held main flame engages.

Went inside the walk in cooler and saw the seam the water was dripping out of. Had to go into the crawl space above the restaurant to access. It took awhile to get over to the hole so you could see the top of the walk in units. Found that there was about 15 feet of freezer line coiled on top of the walk in that had several inches of ice coming through it. The line was frozen solidly to the top of the unit. The ice was melting causing a big puddle of water that went over onto the walk in cooler and was leaking inside the unit. The best thing to do is to build a platform to crawl on so you do not have to worry about falling through the ceiling then running a new line set with 2 inch insulation covering the suction line. There was a ice build-up along the top of the freezer in a couple places too. All you can do with this is insulate, seal the gaps and hope for the best. Noted that the insulation on the lines has broken down over the years to this point. Try to adjust the fre
