Arrived at location on 11/28/22 - Checked dish washer to see if any damage from fire customer had at site checked all wiring etc did not see any burnt cycled unit on filled ok heating element pulling 12 amps per leg unit ran thru cycles ok note float switch is not working right heat will cycle before switch is engaged will get price of float switch assembly. Returned to location on 12/7/22 - Replaced float assembly and tested unit made adjustments as needed to get unit to stop filling before hit overflow stand pipe tested unit tested ok
examined unit, dry chain jumped off rear sprocket front and rear. conveyors both loose, removed full link on front removed half link in rear lubes chain sprockets and hearings, looks okay, tested unit 3 amps front and rear elements 15 amps. Platten will need new rubber belts soon customer has new set
Examined unit. Replaced all door parts including inner door latch, misc screws, hinges and all workings as per quote. Note: repaired unit in Kingston but unit is from Hazleton.
Inspected unit. Found lift handle missing & needing, pivot brackets. Handle in store. Sharpener handle broken. Needs part and ordered. Fixed frayed cord and installed new plug. -- Removed old handle on sharpener and installed new one. Reinstalled lever handle with new pivot clips.
