All the crew, from Andrew (sales) to Jake (project mgr) to the guys working on the roof to the two guys who delivered the supplies all did a good job. And the roof is beautiful. It would have been a great job if the following minor issues had not happened. 1. Supplies delivered Thursday am. Work was to start Thursday am. Received a call a little after noon that the crew was finishing up another job and would start my roof Friday am. ARC should be experienced enough to know how long it would take to complete the other job, and I should have received a call earlier in the morning to let me know they would not be at my house that Thursday. 2. Some how they did not order enough ridge cap. Did not discover that until late Friday afternoon. Too late to get some in order to put it on when they finished the roof Saturday. They returned Monday morning to put the ridge cap on. 3. They took off roof cover for the stove exhaust vent but did not cover up the opening. Roof debris started falling down the vent pipe and pieces fell all over the stove and floor. 4. Someone either stepped on one of the gutter down spout extensions (or dropped something on from the roof) and flattened an area. They wanted me to fix it and they would take the cost off the bill. You break, you fix. ARC came out the day after the roof was finished and fixed it. As long as ARC takes in comments like these and sees to it that they don't happen again, they will be a great company. They did a good clean up job. They went over the yard several times getting debris and nails. 5. Only issue, they used my yard blower (that was in the garage) to blow debris off the roof and drive -- issue: they did not ask my permission to use my blower. If you treat every roof job you do like you are doing a relative's house, you will do great. Unless you don't like your relatives ; )

Hi was on a time crunch, and my emergency became Brian and Arc's emergency. I had some repairs that needed completion before the close of the house...so I needed it done quickly. Brian came out to take a look at the needed repairs, and sent Jason out to get it done.
